How is the training plan personalized?
The plan is personalized by our professional through an initial interview where we discuss your goals, availability, fitness level, whether you have access to a gym, and the materials you have available. With this information, we design a program that specifically fits your needs.
How is the initial interview conducted?
The initial interview is conducted via a video call. This allows us to get to know you better and discuss your goals and needs in detail. If the client prefers, they can opt for a voice call without video.
How often is the training plan updated?
The training plan is updated weekly to ensure that you are always progressing and appropriately challenged. Our professional updates the plan on Sundays, which is typically a rest day.
How do the daily technique corrections work?
You can send exercise technique videos to your fitness coach's WhatsApp, and they will provide corrections and advice promptly. This daily assistance ensures that you are performing the exercises correctly and safely.
What should I do if I have questions about an exercise, the load, or the weight?
If you have any questions about an exercise, you can send a message via WhatsApp to the coach, and they will respond with the necessary assistance within approximately 2 to 5 minutes.
What kind of tutorial videos are included?
Each exercise in your training plan comes with a detailed tutorial video showing the correct execution of the movement, along with tips and precautions to maximize effectiveness and minimize the risk of injuries.
What kind of equipment do I need to follow the training plan?
The plan is tailored to the materials you have available. During the initial interview, we will discuss what equipment you have (dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.) and design your plan based on these resources.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and payments through online platforms like PayPal.
When will I start seeing results?
Results may vary depending on your initial level and the intensity with which you follow the plan. Many clients start to see significant improvements in their fitness and tennis performance within the first few weeks.
